Thermostat decided to go out on the coldest day. Called Air Clinic, as they installed the unit approximately 10 years ago. Explained the problem to them, and they sent a technician to check it out. His perseverance in crawling in and out of the attic, checking different possibilities paid off. He found the thermostat to be bad. He explained that the stat had been superseded by a newer version and had to get one. He returned very quickly with a new one and also told me it was still under warranty. Needless to say, it was a blessing when the heat kicked on. Thanks to all at Air Clinic for the professional and timely care taken. Again thanks for being here. I highly recommend these pros.
